* Schedule:

** 2nd Shift (Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM)
** Responsibilities
* ** Own and maintain all paint shop processes, including chemical systems, circulation, and lab functions
* Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to identify root causes and implement long-term solutions
* Support production goals across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency
* Develop and maintain standard work for paint and production processes
* Support new product launches and process integration
* Partner with maintenance, engineering, and vendors to improve performance and reduce costs
* Use data to make informed operational decisions and identify improvement opportunities
* Promote a strong team environment focused on accountability, collaboration, and problem-solving
** Qualifications
* ** Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related experience
* Experience in automotive, paint systems, or manufacturing environments
* Strong understanding of production processes and continuous improvement methods
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization
* Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop employees
* Knowledge of quality systems, process flows, and product launches
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
