Position: CNC MACHINE OPERATOR - ALL SHIFTS

CNC Machine Operator

Are you a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in producing high-quality parts with precision and accuracy? We're looking for a CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll operate state-of-the-art CNC equipment to produce critical components while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

What You'll Do

  • Set up and operate CNC lathes, mills, and other machining equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
  • Load raw materials and monitor machine operations to ensure quality production.
  • Perform measurements using precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment.
  • Conduct routine quality checks and document inspection results.
  • Make tool offsets and minor machine adjustments as needed to maintain product specifications.
  • Identify and troubleshoot machining or quality issues.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following all company safety procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with supervisors, quality personnel, and team members to achieve production goals.
  • Complete production records and related documentation accurately.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous CNC machine operating experience preferred.
  • Ability to read blueprints and understand manufacturing specifications.
  • Experience using precision measuring instruments.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic math skills and understanding of measurements and tolerances.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
  • Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to moving machinery and varying temperatures.
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
