CNC Machine Operator

Are you a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in producing high-quality parts with precision and accuracy? We're looking for a CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll operate state-of-the-art CNC equipment to produce critical components while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

What You'll Do
- Set up and operate CNC lathes, mills, and other machining equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
- Load raw materials and monitor machine operations to ensure quality production.
- Perform measurements using precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment.
- Conduct routine quality checks and document inspection results.
- Make tool offsets and minor machine adjustments as needed to maintain product specifications.
- Identify and troubleshoot machining or quality issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following all company safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors, quality personnel, and team members to achieve production goals.
- Complete production records and related documentation accurately.
What We're Looking For
- Previous CNC machine operating experience preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand manufacturing specifications.
- Experience using precision measuring instruments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math skills and understanding of measurements and tolerances.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to moving machinery and varying temperatures.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
