The Cultivation Technician supports daily grow operations and cultivation practices to ensure high‑quality plant production. This role involves hands‑on plant care, adherence to regulatory and safety standards, and maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities- Execute day‑to‑day assignments in coordination with grow operations and cultivation practices, including but not limited to general plant care, de‑leafing and skirting, trellising/training plants, harvesting, cleaning, and data Input.
- Adheres to all SOPs, compliance, and safety standards.
- Maintain open communication with the management team and other co‑workers.
- Plant monitoring and care, focusing on the flower cycle but not limited to it. (i.e., Plant Maintenance, Canopy Health, Proper Fertigation, Scouting for pest/disease, etc.)
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, safe, and bio‑secure work environment.
- Maintain and ensure proper storage and sanitation of all tools and equipment, including but not limited to shop vacs, pumps, hoses, carts, scissors, stools, totes, gloves, rags, and PPE gear.
- Maintain daily record keeping. (i.e., Plant Waste, Destruction, Cleaning logs, etc.)
- Other projects/tasks, as requested by the direct manager.
- Must be willing and able to occasionally work a flexible schedule as the business needs demand, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

- High school diploma or GED required
- Horticulture or cultivation experience preferred.
- Strong work ethic and team‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to follow strict regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to identify plant health issues.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must pass a background check in accordance with state cannabis regulations
- This position requires a great deal of squatting, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift objects on a regular basis, and perform daily repetitive tasks.
- This position requires extended, repetitive use of the arms, hands, and fingers to cut/manipulate small objects.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lb.
- Handling and mixing of chemicals: pesticides, fungicides, and sanitizers.
