Lay out, fit, and prepare pipe systems and fixtures for fluid processing machinery based on engineering drawings and specifications.;
Interpret and work from blueprints with weld symbols to determine weld types, locations, and sequences.;
Perform high-quality pipe welding using Pulse MIG and TIG processes on various metals and wall thicknesses.;
Conduct pressure vessel welding and participate in pressure testing activities to ensure integrity and safety.;
Fabricate and fit components, including cutting, aligning, and assembling parts prior to welding.
