Build, maintain, repair, and modify progressive and compound dies used in high-precision metal stamping processes;
Grind, fit, assemble, and adjust tooling components to exact specifications and tight tolerances;
Diagnose and resolve tooling issues to minimize downtime and maximize production performance;
Collaborate with engineers, machine operators, and fellow toolmakers to improve tooling reliability and manufacturing efficiency;
Support the development and launch of new tooling while implementing continuous improvement initiatives
