Perform general labor tasks in the manhole production area, supporting daily concrete manufacturing operations;
Break down molds of concrete pieces that have cured overnight, safely removing finished products from forms;
Pull out green (uncured) concrete from molds, ensuring proper handling and minimizing damage to materials and forms;
Clean and prepare molds after each use by scraping out excess concrete, removing debris, and prepping forms for the next pour;
Set up molds for production, including positioning and securing rebar with spacers according to specifications
