Lay out, fit, and prepare pipe systems and fixtures for fluid processing machinery in accordance with engineering specifications and blueprints;
Interpret and work from blueprints with weld symbols to determine weld types, locations, and sequence;
Perform high-quality pipe welding using Pulse MIG and TIG processes on a variety of metals and wall thicknesses;
Execute pressure vessel welding and participate in testing procedures to ensure structural integrity and compliance with standards;
Use ladders and appropriate access equipment to reach and weld on larger fluid processing units while following safety protocols
