Full-Time | Weekly Pay

Looking for a hands-on manufacturing opportunity with room to grow? We are hiring Entry-Level Brake Press Operators to learn and operate CNC press brake equipment used to produce precision metal components. Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are more important than previous brake press experience.

1st and 2nd Shift

• Monday-Thursday

What You'll Do

• Learn to operate CNC press brake machines
• Load and unload metal parts
• Read blueprints and work instructions
• Perform quality inspections and measurements
• Use calipers, tape measures, and other measuring tools
• Change tooling and assist with machine setup
• Enter basic machine adjustments and production data
• Maintain production and inspection records
• Support various fabrication and manufacturing operations

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Manufacturing, assembly, machine operation, or fabrication experience is a plus
• Blueprint reading experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Attention to detail and quality
• Positive attitude and reliable attendance
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. independently and more with team assistance

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.95 - $22.05/hr.
