What You'll Do:- Operate press machines
- Load materials and set machine measurements
- Monitor production and inspect quality
- Stack finished products on pallets for shipping
- Complete work order documentation
- Operate sit-down forklift and pull truck
- 2+ years of manufacturing or machine operating experience REQUIRED
- Sit-down forklift experience
- Strong attention to detail and quality checks
- Mechanically inclined
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Printing or press experience
- Color matching experience
- Contract-to-hire opportunity
- Advancement and pay growth potential
- Up to $100 annual safety shoe reimbursement
- 3 weeks vacation after direct hire
- Consistent Monday-Thursday schedule
- Manufacturing facility
- Steel-toe/composite toe shoes required
- Climate varies by department
- Overtime available
Training on 1st shift: Training lasts approximately 4-6 weeks before moving to assigned shift.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA.
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
