We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Tooling Machine Operator to operate and monitor manufacturing machinery used in the production of tooling components. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, following established procedures, and maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery according to established procedures and specifications.
- Set up, load, and unload materials and tooling as required.
- Monitor machine operation and make basic adjustments as needed.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Identify and report equipment, material, or quality issues.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records as required.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
- Work effectively as part of a production team.
- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to safely lift and handle materials as required.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, mechanically inclined, and willing to learn. Experience with manufacturing equipment or tooling is a plus, but candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to be trained are encouraged to apply.
Compensation & Schedule
- Base Pay: $19.25/hour
- Shift Differential: Additional 10%
- Experience: Pay may be adjusted based on relevant experience
- Regular Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:00 AM
- Training: First-shift training from 5:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Overtime: Overtime opportunities available on Fridays
