About the Registered Nurse RN Role:

As a Registered Nurse at Pleasant Acres Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our skilled nursing residents. This includes:

• Assessing and evaluating resident needs to develop individualized care plans

• Implementing and evaluating treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed

• Documenting resident records accurately and thoroughly

• Maintaining open communication with residents, families, and healthcare providers

• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Registered Nurse RN Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care to residents with various needs and diagnoses

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing supervisor and other healthcare providers

• Participate in training and educational programs to stay current with industry developments and best practices

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records and reports

Registered Nurse RN Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania
