Hospice RN On-Call Nurse
Dauphin & York Counties, Pennsylvania
7 On / 7 Off Schedule
Serenity Hospice PA is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team serving patients throughout Dauphin and York Counties.
This position offers a flexible 7 on / 7 off schedule
, allowing for strong work-life balance while providing meaningful end-of-life care to patients and families in the comfort of their homes.
- $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

- Provide compassionate on-call nursing care to hospice patients
- Respond to after-hours patient needs and symptom management
- Perform nursing assessments and interventions
- Coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, and hospice team members
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and families
- Active Pennsylvania RN license
- Hospice or home health experience preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Compassionate bedside manner
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
