Job Details:

Work as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist in a medically directed 1:3 model (maximum 1:4)

Full-time position requiring 4-5 ten-hour shifts per week with no overtime

Shift times vary according to daily assignment: 06:15-16:45, 06:30-16:30, or 07:00-17:00, Monday through Friday

Work alongside anesthesiologists, surgeons, and specialty clinicians to deliver patient-centered care

Provide anesthesia services across diverse surgical and procedural areas with wide case mix

Care for patients of all ages in a Level I Trauma designated facility

Handle complex patient populations including trauma, neuro & spine, cardiac, thoracic, vascular, NORA locations, OB/GYN, general, GI, pediatrics, plastics, orthopedic, and robotic cases

Perform GETA, MAC, regional, spinal procedures, and ultrasound techniques

Administer epidurals without doctor present (blocks not performed by CRNAs)

Use Epic electronic medical record system

Board certification as Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist required

Pennsylvania license required

ACLS and PALS certifications required

Minimum 2 years of experience preferred
