Family Medicine Advanced Practice Position – Lebanon, MO

Day shift outpatient clinic position, Monday–Friday. Multi‑disciplinary team of 3 physicians and 4 advanced practitioners. Provide family medicine care to patients of all ages.

• Diagnose and manage patient conditions in an outpatient setting.
• Perform physical examinations, order diagnostics, and develop treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other team members.
• Provide education, counseling, and preventive care to patients and families.
• Document patient encounters using the Mercy Epic EMR system.

• MPh or equivalent, licensed to practice in Missouri.
• Must have worked at Mercy for at least 12 months prior to course start date.
• Experience in family medicine or willingness to enroll in advanced practice training program.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
