Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Skilled Nursing

Compensation from $31.00 - $33.00/hr (based upon experience)-PLUS additional shift differentials!

Additional clinical premiums for experience!

$4,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full Time!

$2,000 Sign-On Bonus for Part Time!

Part Time Day | Rotating weekends and holidays

Full Time Evening | Rotating weekends and holidays

Full Time 6:00pm-6:30am | Rotating weekends and holidays

Part Time Evening | Rotating weekends and holidays

PRN | Occasional weekends and holidays

Qualifications:
  • Active Pennsylvania Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure required
  • Active CPR preferred
  • One-year experience working in Geriatric or Long-Term Care setting preferred
  • Ability to assess and effectively communicate with residents
Responsibilities and Expectations:
  • Plans, directs and provides care to residents according to physician orders and the Plan of Care.
  • Administers medications and treatments.
  • Performs resident assessments.
  • Participates in daily resident rounding.
  • May assist with insertion and maintaining of IV therapies for residents.
