AS A UNIT DIRECTOR, you will work under the supervision of the CNO, manage patient care, assure quality, and assist in the supervision of other professionals and health care workers.
Qualifications- Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License or Temporary Practice Permit required
- Bachelor Degree in Nursing or related field preferred
- Previous Medical Surgical experience preferred
- Three years of supervisor experience required
- Healthcare Provider (CPR) certification within six months
- Desire to develop management skills and accept responsibility for departmental functioning with, and in the absence of, the Department Director;
