Part-Time LPN Nurse

Part‑time LPN Nurse – Residential LTSR Program

Merakey seeks a dedicated part‑time LPN nurse to provide care for residents on Saturdays and Sundays from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. in our Season’s residential LTSR program in Chestnut Hill, PA.

• Provide assessments of psychiatric/medical conditions for residents.
• Complete medication administration record (MAR) reviews.
• Complete nursing notes for each resident. Administer and document medication and therapeutic treatments as prescribers’ orders while on shift.
• Engage in staff team‑oriented processes and comply with job functions as required.
• Perform additional duties as deemed appropriate.

• Graduate from an accredited practical/vocational nursing program.
• Current license as an LPN in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience.

Hourly wage: $31.98 per hour.
