Registered Nurse – DaVita Skilled Nursing Dialysis (DSD)

Position located at Premier Washington-Oaks Springs, 36 Old Hickory Ridge Rd, Washington, PA 15301, with potential travel to other SNF clinics in the region.

3–4 days per week, 12+ hour shifts. Alternating Saturdays may be required. No on‑call duties. Position can float to greater region as needed.

You will be responsible for the complete ongoing care of each patient to ensure dialysis treatment stays on track. DSD RNs will troubleshoot and make sound decisions regarding dialysis treatment and occasionally partner with SNF staff to coordinate care.

Responsibilities include patient education, direct patient care, supervising Dialysis Technicians, and providing a high level of autonomy and critical thinking.

Complexity of DSD Dialysis care requires multitasking to meet clinical outcomes and partner needs.

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 12 months RN experience.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited school
  * or* Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  * or* three‑year diploma from an accredited program.
• Basic computer skills, proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
• Previous chronic or acute hemodialysis experience preferred but not required.

• Training, teaching, or healthcare education background.
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN).
