Pay & Benefits:

Hourly Rate: $229.11
Pay Package includes: Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), licensure and certification reimbursements, travel and other reimbursements when applicable

What You’ll Do:

Deliver anesthesia for a wide variety of surgical and procedural cases, including trauma, neuro, spine, cardiac, thoracic, vascular, OB/GYN, plastics, ortho, and robotics
Provide epidurals and regional anesthesia without doctor present, utilizing US techniques and spinal procedures
Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and specialty clinicians to ensure high-quality patient-centered care
Support anesthesia modeling with a medically directed 1:3 (max 1:4) model for coverage
Demonstrate proficiency in GETA, MAC, regional, spinal, and US techniques
Maintain accurate documentation in Epic electronic medical records

What You Need:

Board certification as a CRNA or eligibility
Current PA license or compact license
ACLS and PALS certifications
At least 2 years of CRNA experience preferred
Strong skills in regional anesthesia, epidurals, US-guided techniques, and spinal blocks
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment
