We are seeking a compassionate and skilled RN Registered Nurse to join our team at Pleasant Acres Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in York, Pennsylvania. As a Registered Nurse at our facility, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and improving the lives of our residents. RN Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents in accordance with their unique needs and preferences

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team and other healthcare professionals

• Collaborate with other departments, such as therapy and dietary, to ensure comprehensive care

• Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and progress

RN Registered Nurse Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania

• Prior experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in long term care

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Commitment to providing patient-centered care and promoting a culture of compassion and respect
