Key responsibilities of the RN – Electrophysiology Lab include:

• Perform comprehensive care with an emphasis on procedural support for EP and Cath Labs
• Administer and monitor procedural sedation
• Maintain and operate advanced cardiovascular equipment
• Provide critical care and oversight during complex procedures
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, including radiation and laser safety
• Manage patient recovery post-procedure, ensuring thorough assessment and documentation

Requirements of the RN – Electrophysiology Lab include:

• 2 years of RN experience in a similar setting
• Active Pennsylvania or Compact RN License
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Proficiency in EPIC charting system
