Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical

York, PA

Contract | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts | Every Other Weekend | Onsite

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit during night shift hours (19:00–07:00)
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients, which may include COVID-positive patients
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly using EPIC electronic health records
• Float to rehabilitation unit as needed based on staffing requirements
• Adhere to facility policies including tobacco-free and fragrance-free environment standards
• Work assigned holidays per contract requirements

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license with no license hits
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
• Current BLS certification through AHA or ARC
• Current NIHSS certification
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records

• Travel nursing experience preferred; first-time travelers will be considered
• Experience caring for rehabilitation or post-acute patients
• Familiarity with Medical Surgical unit workflows and protocols

• First-time travelers are welcome, making this an excellent opportunity to begin your travel nursing career
