Prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for members through following recipes, wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise to ensure the freshest items are available. The role involves maintaining quality, safety, and cleanliness while supporting members and the team. Opportunities arise to influence both operational excellence and member experience.

• Prepare food according to item specifications, adhering to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance.
• Maintain temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of inferior products to ensure shelf quality.
• Wrap, label, and store merchandise, keeping the prepared foods area clean and member-ready.
• Assist members with their bakery and other orders, ensuring prompt and accurate service.
• Maintain the sales floor and align with company policies by handling claims, returns, zoning, organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damage.
• Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment, following maintenance schedules.
• Utilize digital tools for production decisions, inventory management, and quality monitoring.
• Drive area performance by stocking, rotating merchandise, eliminating waste, and providing customer attention.
• Advocate for the department by modeling high-quality service, sharing knowledge, and maintaining a positive team culture.
• Apply company policies, procedures, and ethics, using the Open Door Policy when necessary.
• Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and partners to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and implement improvement opportunities.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Successfully complete all required job trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period.

Preferred Qualifications

• Food Service experience.
• Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) or equivalent.
