• Provide member service and maintain checkout area.
• Resolve member issues and concerns; promote Sam's Club products and services.
• Provide guidance and support to members regarding self‑service technology.
• Process member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures for various membership and payment types.
• Follow company safety standards, procedures and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps.
• Handle merchandise properly, correct and report unsafe situations to facility management.
• Maintain entrance and exit areas, verify membership cards, assist members in purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, zone and organize merchandise, assist with transporting items, and maintain a safe shopping environment.
• Secure and safeguard Sam's Club assets and property by observing and communicating potential criminal activity.
• Maintain paperwork, logs, and other required documentation; execute emergency response procedures and ensure compliance with company security and safety practices.
• Assist in training Member Frontline Services associates on company processes and procedures, teach new technology and tool functionality, deliver new programs rollout training, and provide continuous learning and process improvement opportunities.
• Identify shrink and damages; maintain area of responsibility in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Retail experience including operating front‑end equipment (e.g., cash register).
• Experience working with mobile retail applications.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
