• Communicate and explain Membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective Members to assist with account decisions.
• Provide Customer/Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting products and services while maintaining a safe environment.
• Maintain the car wash and gas station area by cleaning, organizing, and ensuring accurate pricing signage.
• Handle claims and returns, zone the area, arrange and organize merchandise supplies, identify shrink and damages, and uphold a safe work environment.
• Receive and stock merchandise supplies from distribution centers and suppliers, maintain facility organization, and complete required paperwork, logs, and documentation.
• Operate equipment such as cash registers and related tools to process customer purchases using appropriate procedures for different payment types and items sold.
• Operate and maintain Gas Station/Car Wash area equipment and provide product and services to Customers in accordance with Company policies.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Part‑time schedule with AM/PM availability.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00‑$24.00* (actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location). Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
