Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the company's products and services. Operate hardware such as cash registers, process member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges following procedures for various membership and payment types. Provide pharmacy products and services, process prescription and OTC orders, stock and secure pharmacy supplies, enter prescription information, file prescriptions, and maintain required documentation.

Receive and stock merchandise in the pharmacy area, organize and maintain the area following company procedures and equipment use. Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources while collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners to meet deadlines and expectations. Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, including the Open Door Policy, and execute business processes with integrity.

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 to $29.00, with additional premium compensation ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour under specific circumstances.
