Enable the store to meet sales and profit goals and customer demand;
Promote cross merchandising and price accuracy;
Motivate associates and conduct daily huddles and weekly management meetings;
Maintain store conditions, presentation, and appearance;
Ensure product variety, freshness, and minimize shrink;
Oversee backroom inventory and store safety/compliance;
Engage with community events and local organizations;
