Role DescriptionWe are seeking a driven and energetic Outside Sales Representative to develop and grow business within the Central PA, Baltimore, and Philadelphia markets. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a relationship-driven environment and wants the freedom to make an impact without the red tape of a large corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and driving sales growth within your designated territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a territory sales plan to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, including OEMs, integrators, and end users.
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with our inside sales, technical support, and marketing teams to provide complete solutions to customers.
- Represent Moxley at customer meetings, trade shows, and vendor events as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
- 2+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience (industrial, technical, or distribution sales preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a relationship-first approach.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Ability to manage a large geographic territory and travel regularly within Central PA, Baltimore, and Philadelphia.
