Role Description

We are seeking a driven and energetic Outside Sales Representative to develop and grow business within the Central PA, Baltimore, and Philadelphia markets. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a relationship-driven environment and wants the freedom to make an impact without the red tape of a large corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and driving sales growth within your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, including OEMs, integrators, and end users.
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with our inside sales, technical support, and marketing teams to provide complete solutions to customers.
  • Represent Moxley at customer meetings, trade shows, and vendor events as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience (industrial, technical, or distribution sales preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a relationship-first approach.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
  • Ability to manage a large geographic territory and travel regularly within Central PA, Baltimore, and Philadelphia.
