Element Event Solutions

The Jr. Account Manager will be an integral part of our motivated sales team, responsible for managing incoming sales requests, identifying new sales opportunities, and selling Element Tent products and services to prospective customers. The role involves meeting sales targets and managing projects through the planning, installation, event, and removal stages in both Toronto and Hamilton.

• Inbound Sales:
  Identify needs and sell appropriate products/services, provide event guidance, issue quotations and RFPs, and manage sales from inception to closing.
• Outbound Sales:
  Research and identify potential customers, conduct cold calls, overcome objections, and educate prospects on tent needs.
• Project Management / Customer Service:
  Act as the key client liaison from start to finish, generate quotations and RFPs, present products, monitor competitors, negotiate pricing, facilitate production meetings, and ensure smooth installation and removal.
• Grow existing business through multi‑year contracts or by identifying new product/service needs.

• Minimum one year of sales experience; event industry experience is an asset.
• Ability to handle demanding timelines and stressful situations.
• Proactive business development through research, cold calling, and relationship building.
• Willingness to work irregular/long hours during customer events.
• Availability to travel for out‑of‑province or out‑of‑country events.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle access.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Job Type: Full‑time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
