OverviewAxis Communications is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to support our customers, partners, and continued growth throughout North Central Pennsylvania. The role focuses on maintaining high engagement, responsiveness, and support for customers and partners across education, healthcare, manufacturing, government, critical infrastructure, and enterprise markets. The successful candidate will join an established Pennsylvania team and manage a territory that includes a strong partner network, strategic end‑user relationships, and significant opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities- Support Customer and Territory Growth
:
Work closely with the Pennsylvania regional team to execute strategic business plans. Identify, qualify, and develop opportunities across various markets, build and maintain a healthy pipeline, and analyze market trends to identify value‑creating opportunities. Support customers and partners throughout the sales cycle, ensuring a positive experience and successful outcomes. - Develop End‑User Relationships
:
Establish and strengthen relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers within target accounts. Engage customers early in planning to understand operational challenges and business objectives, and help them evaluate solutions that improve safety, security, operational efficiency, and business outcomes. - Strengthen Partner Engagement
:
Build strong relationships with security integrators, distributors, consultants, architects, engineers, and technology partners. Collaborate with partners to identify opportunities, develop strategies for mutual success, provide training, planning and ongoing engagement, and onboard new partners where strategic opportunities exist. - Execute with Excellence
:
Manage multiple opportunities, projects, and customer engagements simultaneously. Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM activity. Prioritize activities that drive meaningful results for customers, partners, and the business. Coordinate internal and external resources, travel throughout the territory, and support customers, partners, events, and business development activities.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. Minimum 3‑5 years of successful business‑to‑business sales, business development, account management, or partner development experience. Proven ability to manage a geographic territory and build strong customer relationships. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills. Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Experience using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines.
PreferredSkills & Experience
- Experience engaging directly with end users and strategic accounts.
- Experience collaborating with consultants, architects, engineers, and design professionals.
- Familiarity with network video, access control, video management software, cloud technologies, or related security technologies.
Ability to lift 20‑50 lbs frequently, with occasional heavier lifts. 50‑70% travel required.
CompensationTarget salary range: $145,000 to $155,000 OTE, depending on location, education, and experience.
