Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 1st Shift
This fast-paced program touches every aspect of the business unit. You will acquire industry knowledge, skills, and resources to build relationships and develop a career path. The program is designed to be completed in 18-24 months, with the possibility of as little as 12 months. You will support operational and administrative tasks in support of location and regional management. Structured work weeks, rotational Saturdays, and competitive pay plus overtime are included.

- Handling the sales and process for inbound calls as well as outbound solicitation
- Maintain current and accurate data within the company’s marketing database
- Responsible for generating rental, lease, and used vehicle sales leads
- Manage all rental asset processes to include vehicle maintenance and cleanliness standards
- Meet overall Ryder market share by successfully executing the sales and marketing initiatives
- Maintain compliance with company, local, state, federal, and other regulatory agencies
- Reconcile all customer concerns, issues, and disputes to maintain and grow the current customer base
- On a voluntary basis and based on scheduling, perform the role of On-Call Representative as determined by Supervisor
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Ability to relocate in the region or U.S. at the conclusion of the training program
- Computer literacy at an intermediate level
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- Minimum one year of customer service experience with issue resolution preferred

Salaried
Salary Range: $55,000 – $55,000
