Compliance Pro Solutions (CPS) is seeking an Inside Sales Manager who, working virtually, will be responsible for the initial engagement of potential new clients. This engagement will include understanding the potential client's privacy, security & compliance requirements, managing all product and service discussions, SaaS demonstrations, proposals and closes.
The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for delivering all due diligence gathered on initial contacts to the relevant internal team to determine the best solution for the client. The successful candidate will play a vital role in new business development, revenue generation, and Genzeons/CPSs reputation in the marketplace. With a referenceable customer base, strong financials, and consistently strong growth, they are well-positioned to help their customers protect their organizations and patients from privacy and security threats and incidents.
Reporting to the CPS general manager, the ideal candidate will be technically proficient.
and passionate about guiding customers and stakeholders through CPSs custom software and consulting offerings. The ideal candidate will thrive in all aspects of business development and have a proven track record of finding new prospects and success in selling healthcare privacy and cybersecurity solutions. This individual should have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and SaaS-based sales best practices and be comfortable working directly with Privacy Officers, Compliance Officers, CISOs, and other healthcare leaders.
As a collaborative sales member, the successful candidate will work with other members of the pre-sales team to address the needs of potential customers and close new business deals from sales leads generated from advanced inbound marketing practices, outbound efforts, and Genzeons business development representatives. The Sales Executive will also partner with and lead the BDRs to guide their pursuit plans.
Musthave a strong knowledge in healthcare privacy in at least one of the following areas:
- Hospital, health systems, clinics, pharmaceutical, or DME settings
- Health Information Systems, including ROIs, EMRs and HIEs
- Clinical Research support
- Medical Records Management
Health Information Management
- Qualify all incoming leads and schedule according to client timing.
- Respond to new inquiries within one business day of receipt.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and close privacy proposals for new and existing clients.
- Maintain meaningful relationships with existing customers to ensure they are retained.
- Schedule, conduct, and follow up on all incoming leads, whether via email or in person, from trade shows.
- Support trade shows through lead gathering, lead import, booth support, setup, and takedown.
- Collaborative with a creative, strategic, and effective approach.
- Partner with Marketing on lead-generation programs.
- Provide regular reporting to management of lead conversion metrics and Campaign ROI.
- Support Salesforce auditing to ensure process compliance.
- Identify process improvement opportunities for lead intake, logging, or distribution processes.
- Direct a small pod of BDRs to ensure Genzeons sales strategies and achieve results.
- 5+ years of experience in technology services/solutions sales with an emphasis on recurring revenue and subscription models.
- 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry.
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare privacy.
- Sales/Business Development experience with commercial or government customers.
- Proven success in revenue target and quota achievement, pipeline, and sales cycle management.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize workloads.
- Persuasive communication skills for all customer levels, from Chief Privacy Officers, Chief Compliance Officers and CISOs and other members of their teams.
- Excellent networking and research skills, including presentation skills to Chief Privacy Officers and CISOs and to other members of their teams.
- Collaborative, agile style: able to adapt within an emerging company in an evolving market.
- Strong technical skills and research capabilities with the ability to utilize multiple platforms simultaneously.
- Ability to transfer knowledge to staff with different backgrounds, educational experiences, and learning styles.
- At least 3 years of experience working with the CRM,
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, CRM, and Sales solutions (Linked In Sales Navigator, etc.).
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare privacy
- Healthcare clinical research support experience
- Experience with other privacy regulatory schemes (FERPA, State Privacy laws, GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree or a related field, marketing, business administration, security, HIM, law, or similar programs
