We need a Bilingual Counter Sales Associate who will be the face of Chuck's — the first person our customers trust when they walk in or call. If you speak Spanish and English fluently, your skills are not just a bonus here — they are a competitive advantage that we will reward.

What You'll Be Doing

• Help customers in English AND Spanish find the right parts — in person and by phone
• Provide accurate quotes, check inventory, and coordinate with our yard and warehouse teams
• Deliver outstanding customer service — every customer, every time
• Navigate inventory systems, POS software, and parts lookup tools
• Turn opportunities into sales and build lasting customer relationships

• Have experience in auto parts, repair, body shop, dealership, auction, or salvage — OR are eager to learn

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken) — Required
• Automotive knowledge or willingness to learn quickly
• Strong communication skills — phone skills are a must!
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to multitask and stay organized

Bonus Points (Not Required):

• Experience with recycled, reman, or aftermarket parts
• Background in collision, mechanical repair, or heavy equipment
• ASE certifications
