Provide customer service to guests, staff, vendors, and/or contractors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Manage access control at designated entrances by greeting entrants, verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, maintaining entry logs, and directing visitors to appropriate locations.;
Monitor alarms, cameras, and/or access control systems; report irregular activity and assist with documenting incidents according to post orders.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with medical response and coordinating with site leadership and/or emergency services when needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout public galleries, back-of-house areas, and the perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
