Security Officer Shopping Center Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.;
Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and document security-related concerns, policy violations, and/or unusual conditions.;
Support loss prevention awareness by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with incident response, and communicating with store leadership and/or local authorities when needed.
