Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document security-related concerns according to site guidelines;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout warehouse, distribution, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor access when required, and report policy violations, damaged equipment, or operational concerns to the appropriate contact;
Support loading dock and shipping/receiving area operations by observing truck traffic, trailer yard activity, and high-volume movement areas for security-related irregularities
