** Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)*
* 2. Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes understanding how to issue, revoke, and manage access credentials for employees and visitors.

** Alarm Panel Experience (B202)*
* 4. Familiarity with alarm panel systems is essential. Candidates must be able to operate, troubleshoot, and respond to alarm systems effectively, ensuring the safety and security of the premises.

** Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)*
* 6. Proficiency in using computers or tablets is required. Candidates should be comfortable navigating various software applications, including email, spreadsheets, and other relevant tools necessary for daily operations.

** Customer Service Experience (B219)*
* 8. A strong background in customer service is crucial. Candidates must demonstrate effective communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients and colleagues.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to visitors, staff, contractors, and/or vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a cultural institution location.

+ Monitor and control access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain visitor logs, and direct guests according to site procedures.

+ Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; report observations and complete required documentation.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of designated interior areas, exterior grounds, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.

+ Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership regarding access concerns, unusual activity, and/or operational needs.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Comfortability using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
