** Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)
** Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing access badges for employees and visitors.

** Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)
** Candidates must be proficient in using computers or tablets for daily tasks. This includes navigating software applications, managing emails, and utilizing online platforms relevant to their job functions.

** Customer Service Experience (B219)
** Candidates should possess a background in customer service, showcasing their ability to interact positively with clients and colleagues. This experience should reflect strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing excellent service.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to retail store clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

+ Monitor and control access to the location by verifying credentials, greeting authorized personnel, and documenting visitor entry and exit activity.

+ Respond to access concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and following site-specific reporting procedures.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of designated entry points, receiving areas, sales floor access points, and the business perimeter to help identify unauthorized access or unusual activity.

+ Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports, and communicate relevant information to store management and Allied Universal leadership.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
