About the Night Shift Diesel Truck Technician position
As a Night Shift Diesel Truck Technician at Brubacher, you will work a four-day work week (each shift starting at 5:00 PM). This schedule is consistent on a weekly basis, resulting in a full-time position that allows you to enjoy a three-day weekend all year long! You will also receive numerous growth and development opportunities.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Preventative maintenance (using modern diagnostic instruments and equipment),
  • Troubleshooting repairing and/or rebuilding diesel engines and systems, and
  • Reading and interpreting vehicle manuals and schematic diagrams.
  • Obtaining a Class "7" Pennsylvania inspection license and a CDL-A license within the first year of employment

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Mechanical/electrical/hydraulic aptitude
  • The ability to read and interpret diagnostic equipment
  • An understanding of the metric system as well as US system of measurements.
  • The ability to explain problems and solutions found during analysis, and
  • At least one year of experience in a similar environment.
