Position: Material Handling Maintenance Technician - York (3rd)

* ** Assists in the installation, preventive maintenance, and corrective repair of the automated packaging and distribution equipment.*

* ** What you'll do*
* ** Maintains and repairs distribution center racking.*
* ** Repair basic conveyance problems and AC circuitry and understands the proper resources for resolution.*
* ** Repairs and maintains material handling equipment and building pneumatic systems. This includes but not limited to belt tracking, component adjustment/replacement, component lubrication, etc.*
* ** Creates and closes Work Orders to include labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used into asset management system.*
* ** Completes preventive Maintenance routines, documentation and procedures.*
* ** Locates and tracks spare parts from inventory.*
* ** Performs other duties as assigned.*
* ** What you'll need*
* ** Minimum of one year of related experience and/or training.*
* ** Previous work experience in basic preventive/predictive maintenance & troubleshooting skills and repair methods.*
* ** Previous experience or coursework in Mechanical and/or Electrical basic components, compressors and pneumatics.*

* CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Union Operating Engineer position is $26 per hour and the maximum salary is $30 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
