Are willing to do tough jobs that require physical labor. This is physically demanding but also rewarding in being able to develop a good career that you can see the results of every day. You will be able to leave the customers house with a sense of accomplishment when you are done and have installed a great working new hvac system.

Are comfortable working in residential homes and communicating well with our customers.

Starting salary of up to $50,000 annually with opportunities to quickly increase your salary

• Assist lead technician with replacements.
• Track material to restock the vehicle
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in customer's homes
• Be willing to work overtime when needed
• Provide your own hand tools once proficient
• Maintain Company tools and equipment
• Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and vendors

• High School Diploma
• Construction experience is a plus
• Mechanically inclined
• Valid clean Driver's License
• Be willing to work late and on weekends as needed
• Pass a drug test and criminal background check
• Honest, reliable, responsible person with a good work ethic
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Must live within a reasonable distance from our office
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
