We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Lead Carpenter to join our growing construction division. In this role, you’ll take ownership of carpentry work across a variety of residential and commercial projects, leading crew members while upholding Inch & Co.'s commitment to craftsmanship and quality. WhatYou’ll Build
- Lead and perform skilled carpentry work for commercial job sites, including framing, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, and finish work
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to ensure accurate execution
- Direct and mentor crew members, delegating tasks and maintaining productivity on site
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep work on schedule
- Ensure all carpentry work meets quality standards, building codes, and safety requirements
- Identify and communicate any project issues, material needs, or timeline concerns to management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times
- Assist in material estimation and ordering as needed

- 4+ years of carpentry experience in residential or commercial construction
- Prior experience leading or supervising a crew preferred
- Strong knowledge of framing, finish carpentry, and general construction processes
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret project specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver's license required
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks regularly
