Construction Laborer

The Pipe Layer Laborer installs and directs pipes for construction projects, such as connecting buildings to water systems, underground drainage pipes, and sewers and water mains.

- Preparing the ground and digging trenches
- Assembling, connecting, and constructing pipe systems
- Aligning pipes and sealing joints with cement or glue
- Following blueprints and written instructions to ensure pipes are positioned and sloped correctly
- Cutting pipes to the required length using hand and power tools
- Removing old or broken piping systems
Voluntary Overtime
- Saturday 1.5x pay
- Sunday 2x pay
- ability to read blueprints

- able to lift up to 75lbs

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $35.00/hr.
