HVAC Technician
This role focuses on maintaining and servicing all HVAC systems in a large industrial facility. You will perform both preventative and reactive maintenance on equipment up to 120 tons and support overall building maintenance. The position also requires flexibility to assist with plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks as needed to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable building operations.
Responsibilities- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems for a large industrial building, including equipment up to 120 tons.
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems and related building systems to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical issues related to HVAC and building systems using appropriate tools, wiring practices, and safety procedures.
- Assist with plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance tasks as needed to support overall facility operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of building systems to identify potential issues and complete maintenance repairs proactively.
- Respond to service calls and equipment failures in a timely manner, providing effective troubleshooting and repair solutions.
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and service work to ensure accurate records of building system performance and maintenance history.
- Collaborate with other maintenance and service technicians to coordinate work, share information, and maintain a safe, efficient work environment.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support for critical building and HVAC systems.
- Hands-on experience maintaining and repairing HVAC systems in a large industrial or commercial building environment.
- Demonstrated experience working on HVAC equipment up to 120 tons.
- Strong experience in building maintenance, including building systems and maintenance repair.
- Experience with preventative and corrective maintenance for HVAC and building systems.
- Electrical skills, including maintenance electrical work, high voltage exposure, and wiring.
- Proven troubleshooting skills for HVAC, electrical, and building systems.
- Experience working as a service technician in an industrial or building maintenance setting.
- Ability to perform both preventative and reactive maintenance independently and as part of a team.
- Comfort working across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
- Journeyman license or equivalent experience in HVAC, electrical, or a related trade.
- Experience in plumbing, electrical, building maintenance, and industrial maintenance.
- Experience performing service, repair, and troubleshooting in a manufacturing or industrial facility.
- Familiarity with high voltage systems and safe wiring practices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance.
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members and facility personnel about maintenance issues and solutions.

WorkEnvironment
This is a first-shift position, working Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with participation in an on-call rotation approximately every four weeks. The role is based in a large manufacturing building in York, PA, where you will work around industrial HVAC, electrical, and building systems. The environment is industrial and fast-paced, requiring adherence to safety protocols and appropriate work attire suitable for a manufacturing and maintenance setting.
You will work with a variety of tools, equipment, and building systems as part of a collaborative maintenance team.

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $93600.00/yr. Healthcare Vision Dental 401K
