Maintenance Technician
This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of electrical and mechanical equipment within a manufacturing environment. You will provide strong electrical and mechanical support for in-house repairs, new equipment installations, and preventive maintenance, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production machinery.
1st shift - 5am - 3:30pm Monday
- Thursday, overtime as needed.
OR
2nd shift - 3pm-1am Monday
- Thursday, overtime as needed
Pay range - $30-38/hr

Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including strict compliance with lockout/tagout processes, proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and safe handling of tools and equipment.
Diagnose and repair malfunctions in electrical and mechanical systems, including motors, pumps, conveyors, control systems, wiring, and other industrial equipment used in wallpaper production.
Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks, such as lubrication, cleaning, inspections, and adjustments, to ensure optimal functioning and longevity of equipment.
Install new equipment and machinery, including running electrical wiring, installing control panels, routing conduit, and assembling mechanical components.
Assist with facility upgrades and modifications by supporting the installation, relocation, and optimization of production and support equipment.
Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and safety, and suggest and implement practical solutions to recurring problems.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections within the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
Order necessary parts and materials in a timely manner to support maintenance activities and minimize equipment downtime.
Collaborate closely with other maintenance personnel, production teams, and supervisors to ensure efficient operations and reduce unplanned downtime.
Coordinate contractor work as needed or as assigned by leadership to support maintenance, installation, or upgrade projects.
Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned by leadership to support safe and efficient plant operations.
Proven experience as a maintenance technician working with both electrical and mechanical systems in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical systems, including working with 480V power, control circuits, and industrial wiring.
Hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting of motors, pumps, conveyors, and related industrial equipment.
Ability to perform mechanical and electrical repairs safely and efficiently on production machinery.
Experience with pneumatic systems, including troubleshooting and repairing valves, cylinders, and air distribution components.
Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for troubleshooting equipment issues.
Ability to read, interpret, and work from technical documentation such as schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
Strong commitment to safety practices, including lockout/tagout and proper use of PPE.
Effective communication and teamwork skills to work collaboratively with maintenance and production teams.
This is a Permanent position based out of York, PA.
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $79040.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in York, PA.
