Construction Laborer/Pipe Layer
$22 - $25/hour
Shop/Headquarters based in York PA. Projects within 1.5 radius of York PA.
40‑55 hours a week. 1.5x on Saturday 2x on Sunday
General Contractor based out of York PA. The pipe layer will be assigned to the Civil Construction Division working on new construction projects in York, Carlisle, and Lancaster PA. Overtime will be given, weekend work is not mandatory, but incentives are offered if working Saturday or Sunday. This position is a Contract to Hire opening with Aerotek contractors becoming permanent after 90 days on contract.

- Preparing the ground and digging trenches.
- Assembling, connecting, and constructing utility lines and pipe systems.
- Aligning pipes and sealing joints with cement or glue.
- Following blueprints.
- Cutting pipes and using power tools provided on site.
- Ability to read blueprints
- Works well with a team
- Able to lift up to 75lbs
- Steel toe boots
Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $35.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
