Perform plumbing tasks including assembling piping systems and fixtures, reading riser diagrams and schematics, and servicing plumbing installations;
Assist in carpentry responsibilities including constructing and installing casework, walls, flooring, and hardware;
Participate in general maintenance tasks across multiple trades and locations, adhering to NFPA and OSHA standards;
Provide guidance/training to junior staff and potentially lead in foreman/supervisor absence;
Perform overtime, weekend, and on-call duties as needed
