Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to oversee the maintenance and repair of our facilities and equipment on a 3rd shift. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal functioning of machinery and systems, contributing to the overall efficiency and safety of operations. We're a packaging and containers manufacturer with strong employee tenure and are located in York, PA!

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Execute preventative maintenance plans to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities in compliance with safety regulations.
• Install and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and drives as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with preventative maintenance and repair techniques.
• Familiarity with PLC and drive systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
