Wellspan Health - 1001 South George Street - Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance, repair, overhaul, and construction duties at York Hospital and related locations.;
Install and service plumbing fixtures, valves, sinks, toilets, water heaters, and related systems; read riser diagrams and plumbing schematics.;
Assist in layout, construction, and installation of casework and wall fixtures; perform painting, staining, and finishing; install flooring and doors/windows; perform locksmith duties as needed.;
Ensure compliance with NFPA and OSHA safety regulations; provide guidance and training for Building Craftsman I when requested; coordinate with contracted services.
