We are seeking skilled Finish Carpenters with foreman experience for commercial carpentry projects. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial carpentry, particularly in renovating restaurants, office buildings, medical buildings, warehouses, and schools. This role offers a long-term opportunity to grow with a company that values innovation and expertise. Candidates must be willing to travel out of state for projects as needed.

• Perform commercial carpentry tasks with at least 5 years of experience.
• Install metal hollow doors and frames.
• Install doors, windows, and hardware.
• Hang and finish drywall.
• Engage in both finish and rough carpentry.
• Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors on site.

• Minimum 5 years of commercial carpentry experience.
• Proficiency in metal hollow door and frame installations.
• Expertise in doors/windows hardware installations.
• Experience in hanging and finishing drywall.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and use a tape measure accurately.

• Experience with healthcare, restaurant, retail, and commercial building projects.
• Capability to use basic hand tools and company-supplied power tools.
• Willingness to travel around a 2 to 3 hour radius of York, PA for projects.

This position is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a reputable general contractor that offers excellent benefits and consistent growth. Over the past four years, several individuals have advanced their careers within the company, showcasing the potential for progression and development.

The role involves working on commercial general construction sites alongside project managers and other subcontractors. Typical work hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The projects primarily take place in the York, PA area, with some requiring travel and overnight stays, for which a per diem is provided.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
